Living Sustainably and Simply

We intend to live cooperatively and sustainably within the stunning setting of Ridgway, nestled in a Peaceful valley in Ouray County, Colorado. We will share resources and eco-friendly lifestyles as an intentional community at the heart of an active mountain town. The values of cooperation, sustainability and simplicity guide us in our decisions and actions.

Alpenglow CoHousing owns four and one-half acres in the center of Ridgway near the Uncompahgre River, with breathtaking views of the San Juan and Cimarron mountains.  Our property is in a state-certified Creative district, filled with artists and entrepreneurs, and surrounded by the best outdoor recreation in the world.

We welcome new Neighbors who wish to contribute their ideas, energy and talents to our developing cohousing project.
