Ridgway Rendezvous and "Open Land" Event

Alpenglow will have a booth at the 35th Annual Ridgway Rendezvous Arts and Crafts Festival! The Festival runs Saturday August 10th and Sunday August 11th. On Saturday the 10th we will be hosting an “Open Land” time: an opportunity to walk the land where our homes will be and see the footprints of some of the units, including the common house. This is also a great time to meet some of our members and ask all your questions! The “Open Land” table will be set up on Saturday, August 10th from 3:30 - 5:30. To swing by, you can find us due East of Cimarron Books and Coffee House on Sherman St.     (Co. Rt. 62)

Look for balloons, our white canopy and our “ALPENGLOW CO-HOUSING” banner. If you have any questions please email us at info@alpenglowcohousing.org

If you are coming from out of town, this is an excellent time to get a feel for the Ridgway Community. As, Alpenglow is truly a community within a community.

An Intentional Neighborhood

LIVING SIMPLY . . . NURTURING OTHERS . . . ENJOYING NATURE

We are creating an intentional neighborhood... where we will live simply, with peace and kindness, in beautiful, environmentally friendly homes around our Common House.

You may have heard of Cohousing but are not sure what it is.  If so, come to this event to learn more.

Plans are in the making for a small, sustainably built co-housing neighborhood in Ridgway. Come with your questions, see a short video, gather information, learn about the land on which we have a contract in Ridgway, and meet our core group of current members. Enjoy nibbles and drinks with, us as we share our story and our excitement.
